TrueForm Co. is a brand devoted to helping people pause, reconnect with their authentic selves, and live more grounded lives. Their offerings include identity coaching, retreats & workshops, leadership training, holistic goods (body oils, journals), and events that bring people into community and transformation.
Client Goals
- Build a website that reflects the brand’s soulful, authentic tone — calm, genuine, not over-styled, but still evocative.
- Clearly communicate multiple service streams (coaching, retreats, training, products) in a way that feels connected, not disjointed.
- Drive lead-generation (for coaching & retreats) and sales (products) within one single site.
- Improve clarity of message: who the offerings are for, what journey a visitor can expect (from event to retreat to coaching).

- Designed a clean, grounding interface that matches TrueForm’s values: slow spaces, humility, presence.
- Organized navigation so visitors easily find: Coaching / Events / Shop / About — and feel guided rather than overwhelmed.
- Created visitor-journeys: “Explore Services”, “Begin Your Journey”, “Schedule a Connection Call” — to gently convert those interested, without pressure.
- Integrated shop for physical products (body oils, journals), with content that feels in service, not just transactional.
- Added trust elements: founder bio & credentials, client testimonials, event previews.
We approached this project with the intent to merge clarity, character, and conversion.
Our team began by deeply understanding the brand’s essence what it stands for, how it feels, and what the audience should experience. From there, we designed an interface that reflects both beauty and purpose: clean visuals, intuitive flow, and messages that speak to emotion as much as logic.
